Interesting Finds: 2016 Pagani Huayra

It’s not every day that you get a chance to see a Pagani Huayra right in front of you, but that opportunity presented itself at the Barrett-Jackson 2026 Palm Beach Auction. That’s where we found this 2016 Huayra, #93 in the 100-unit production run.

Everything on this Italian hypercar was the product of artistic design, not afterthought — from the active aero flaps and the eye-shaped mirrors to the center-exit titanium exhaust outlets and the exposed linkage for the seven-speed sequential transmission. With 730 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque, the Mercedes-AMG M158 6.0-liter twin-turbo V-12 was designed to make the Huayra go as fast as it looks. Clearly, someone at the auction loved what they saw because (s)he paid $3.19 million to take this stunning machine/sculpture/work of art home.
