Sometimes it feels like there are Camaro enthusiasts and the “Others.” I’m one of the Others, but I can’t help but think that Camaro enthusiasts would take over the world if they could. They’d hang SS badges on everything and paint Z/28 stripes on the hood, then drive around as if they’re hot doodoo — and they’d probably be blasting your least favorite music, too (Nickelback is low-hanging fruit here, so pick any other).

The video below is for you Camaro enthusiasts! A gentleman by the name of Ryan Snyder has made it his mission to acquire the most significant first-generation Camaros. And, along the way, he’s picked up several more significant fourth- and fifth-generation examples of Chevrolet’s pony car…oh, and some other ones in between.

Muscle Car Campy gives us a tour of Ryan’s collection, starting with a “Carolina Blue” 1969 Z/28, a special-order color car that seems to have been popular with Tarheel fans back in the day. Then we move to a Royal Plum 1967 Yenko Camaro, one of the early transplant cars before Chevrolet brought out the COPO 427 in ’69. And you guessed it — Ryan has a bunch of those too, including the gold prototype.

This is a meaty collection that should flip the skirts of every Camaro enthusiast out there (plus some of the Others, if I dare say so). And you just might be surprised to learn which car Ryan would keep if he had to sell the whole collection.
