A lot has changed in the automotive world over the past several decades, such as designs, technology, and specifications. But one thing remains the same: People love high-performance vehicles. The bidders at the Barrett-Jackson 2026 Las Vegas Auction showed their affinity for them by making them the top 10 sales for Super Saturday.
A highly documented, 1,102-mile 2019 Ford GT Lightweight Carbon Series took the #1 spot with a sale price of $868,000. Coming in at #2 was a 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 RS Weissach, which went for $495,000. A 1962 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Convertible ($456,500) and two classic Ford Mustangs, including a widebody “Eleanor” ($440,000), rounded out of the top 5.
More Corvettes and a 2022 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500KR Widebody ($423,500) took three of the remaining slots on the top 10 board. They were joined by two other American makes: a 1965 Lincoln Continental Custom Convertible ($363,000) and a 1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda, which was #10 with a sale price of $363,000.
